Amazon Prime Video, the popular streaming service, has announced reduced subscription fees in the Philippines. Effective immediately, users can now enjoy access to a vast library of movies and TV shows for a more affordable monthly cost.

Updated Pricing Plan

The new pricing plan offers two options:

• Monthly subscription: PHP 149 per month
• Annual subscription: PHP 1,399 per year

Previously, Amazon Prime Video cost PHP 259 per month. This reduction represents a significant savings for users who prefer to pay on a monthly basis.

Growing Filipino Content

In addition to the price reduction, Amazon Prime Video has also been investing heavily in producing Filipino titles and new shows. This commitment aims to cater to the growing demand for local content and provide viewers with a more diverse range of viewing options.
